BedJet, featured on SharkTank, allows users to have climate control for users, without changing out a mattress. One user can have a warm air pushed through the comforter while the other person has cool air.

This is a fairly simple concept and seems to cost anywhere from $299 for a single zone, up to $799 for a dual zone.
